Dear Family Member:

As you know, there are currently many “hotspots” throughout the country that have shown a dramatic rise is cases of COVID-19. In order to keep our residents and employees safe, we have adopted the City of Chicago Emergency Travel Order and will be requiring any employees who may travel to any of these areas to quarantine for 14 days.

For the same reason, we are asking that you and any family members, refrain from participation in outdoor visits if you, or someone you have had close contact with, travels to one of these “hotspots.”
