COVID-19 Update

Dear Family Member, We are sorry to inform you that during routine testing, the facility identified one positive case of COVID-19.  As required by the Illinois Department of Public Health, we must suspend visitation until we complete one round of testing for all residents and employees.  Additionally, communal dining and group activities will be suspended as well. We will inform you via e-mail of the next steps once we receive the results of the first round of testing. Thank you for your understanding. Jina Lebert DaviesAdministrator

Dear Family Member, In response to the positive case of COVID-19 identified during routine testing, we conducted one round of testing for all resident and staff.  We are happy to inform you that no other positive cases were identified. At this time, we are able to resume visitation for our first floor residents and patients.  Please feel free to call to schedule your visit.   As the initial positive case was identified related to the Garden View, we will not be able resume visits for the Garden View residents and patients until June 15, 2021.  Essential Care givers and Compassionate Care visits will be allowed.
